Manufacturer's Warranty

floatron Australia guarantees its solar-powered water purifiers to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase. If a problem develops within this period, the faulty part or assembly will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer's discretion, free of charge.

This Warranty does not cover the following:

Electrode wear and tear
Conditions resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration or disassembly
Situations resulting from departure from recommended instructions and applications
Attempted use of any parts not manufactured by floatron, inc.

Do not return product without first contacting your dealer.
